Want to turn minimalistic tattoo into a different design without changing the size too much?

Hey everyone,I got a minimalist wolf tattoo when I was a teenager, and now it seems a bit immature. I’d like to change the wolf into something else, perhaps a visually appealing abstract piece, but I would like for the tattoo to remain small and black if possible. Any ideas? I’ve been toying with the idea of a snake/fish tattoo, wondering if there might be a way to incorporate that? Really the goal is to make the tattoo feel less immature.
