Artists please help!

http://bit.ly/2Uz2GWb got this tattoo a few years ago and I really like it but I feel like I should add to it. I'm not artistically inclined so I've decided to come here and ask for help. I would like any artists to come up with a design that still incorporates the the original tattoo. The dimensions of the tattoo are 1in wide by 1 1/4in tall. The overall canvas space for the design is about 7in tall by 3in wide with the original tattoo about 2in above the bottom.I want to make designing this worth your time so I am offering $5 via cash app to the first 10 submissions.
