As a tattoo artist, how willing are you to take 10 minutes to talk to an aspiring artist?

I'm too scared to ask this in shop. I think I'm pretty artistic, but I have health issues (bone wise). Also, am I good enough? Is it okay to go to a tattoo studio as a hopeful and see what you think? It just feels intrusive. http://bit.ly/2G06jkA
