Neo-traditional mandala

Looking for recommendations for an artist in New England/New York to do a neo-traditional (color) mandala on my elbow. I’ve found a lot of good tattoos for reference but it’s so difficult finding an artist! Please help! https://ift.tt/2Tmtcos
