tattoo of waves, water, ocean or something of that sort?

I want to get some lyric from the song "Swim" by Jack Mannequin tattooed somewhere on me, likely my bicep, forearm or thigh. I want to incorporate some art with the lyrics and obviously since the song is called Swim I think I want something to do with water, but maybe an anchor or life preserver if someone could make it look right. the song is about fighting through hard times so really any art that reflects fighting and survival.
