New tattoo customer, how do I find someone to help me with a design PRIOR to heading to a shop?

Reddit!I’m looking for some advice for my first tattoo. Without rushing into a shop without a solid idea, where is a good place to look for someone to bounce designs off of?I’m avid in photoshop/illustrator but I’d like to try and find the advice of a professional who crafts tattoos.I hear you usually work with the actual artist, however I’d like to try and take more solidified ideas to them first.
