Advice: Asking an artist to copy another's style?

So, I found a tattoo artist I LOVE. But I'm in the US, and she's in London. She specializes in floral tattoos. I've emailed asking if she'd commission something for me for another artist to tattoo onto me. She didn't reply.It feels rude to take her work to another artist to essentially copy it?
