Looking for an artist who knows how to draw Japanese style!

So I'm planning on doing the lower part of my arm to complete my sleeve, and I have kind of a specific idea in mind. I want to get this done right of course, so I thought I'd get a pro to do the design.What I'm looking for is a skull type Oni demon tattoo, with a Kabuto helmet that has deer antlers on it. Tadakatsu Honda's helmet if you know a bit of Japanese history.
