Are handpoked tattoos worth it?

I don’t have any tattoos but planning to get one maybe next year. Here are the designs of the tattoo artist which I really like and planning to go to https://ift.tt/2QmDYb5 . As the title says, they are handpoked and as you can see the lines are very thin. It makes makes me a bit concerned about how long the tattoo will actually last and whether handpoked tattoos look drastically different after a few years or not.
