Weight gain and tattoos advice

Ive gained like 35 pounds. So not like a ton of weight. Normal is around 155 pounds, Im like 190-195. If I get tattooed now and lose the weight will it effect how the tattoo alot once I lose the 35 pounds? https://ift.tt/2SkwSFy
