Hi! I'm after advice

Hi Everyone,I'm after advice on a tattoo design.I'm getting something similar to this design redrawn by my artist, but I'm having seconds thoughts. I have no doubt my artist will do a great job, I've just been told that a sword and crown tattoo is 'basic'. I'm a 20 year old white girl, and I'm worried they're right. I know I shouldn't let words bother me if I really want something but I guess I just wanted some more opinions. Is this a good idea?
