What would you add/How would you make this tattoo more feminine and pretty?

How would you cover this up?? I need some ideas. Im so embarrassed of this tattoo, it literally looks like a cabage with wings- its suppose to be an iris flower for my great grandmother iris. To say the least i got it when i forst turned 18 and was too passive to said i hated the artists work.

So as you can see i do not have many tattoos,but im working on it need advice on what could i do next (something that i can fuse with middle tattoo the one with the eye)
